Janice is a powerhouse in the dental field, bringing over 35 years of expertise as a Registered Dental Assistant with Extended Functions (RDAEF). Known for her precision and patient care, she’s a trusted name in dentistry. Outside the clinic, Janice has a competitive streak—whether she’s racking up wins at the pool table, pushing limits at the gym, or getting lost in a great book. Happily married and living in Santee, she’s also a beer connoisseur, savoring life one sip (or one game) at a time.
Kelsi, Assistant
Kelsi is an energetic and dedicated Registered Dental Assistant with over 10 years in the dental field. Born and raised in San Diego, she’s a powerhouse both in and out of the office. A former softball star, Kelsi was crowned national champion of the 2008 MLB Pitch, Hit, and Run Challenge—a testament to her competitive spirit and drive. Now a mom to a young daughter and baby boy, she brings that same hustle to digital dentistry, where she’s always pushing for excellence and innovation. With a motor that never stops, Kelsi is a force, balancing her commitment to her patients, her family, and her passion for the future of dental care.
Darlene, Front office admin - Darlene is the backbone of the front office and a true dental field veteran, with an impressive 45 years of experience. For over 25 years, she’s been the welcoming face and the savvy, behind-the-scenes orchestrator of the practice, known for her warm professionalism and unmatched efficiency. Outside the office, Darlene is unapologetically a “cat lady” with a soft spot for her feline family, loves escaping into a good novel, and knows her way around a quality tequila. Her quick wit and knack for managing the flow of the practice make her irreplaceable, adding a dash of spice and a lot of heart to everything she does.
